K3 Advantage advises Siloy

Siloy has entered the UK & Ireland market for the first time, partnering with respected HubSpot partners BBD Boom and ProsperoHub. K3 Advantage is proud to have acted as financial and tax due diligence adviser in connection with these partnerships, marking an important milestone in Siloy’s international growth journey.

The transactions bring together Siloy — Europe’s leading HubSpot platform — with   UK companies BBD Boom and ProsperoHub. Together, they create a powerhouse of CRM and digital transformation expertise for clients across the UK  , uniting more than 50 HubSpot specialists in the region and over 225 experts across Europe.

K3 Advantage’s rigorous financial due diligence process provided Siloy with independent insight and confidence as they entered into these     ensuring alignment with their ambition to build Europe’s leading HubSpot partner. The projects were led by James Reed-Sperrin, Managing Director of K3 Advantage, and Holly Bedford, Managing Director of K3 Tax Advisory, who efficiently mobilised the team to help their client complete on the two successive deals with an accelerated turnaround.
