K3 Advantage is pleased to have supported Anderson Global on its acquisition of Woodside Corporate Services Limited and its parent entities, delivering financial and tax due diligence to help inform and facilitate the transaction.
The acquisition represents another significant step in Anderson Global’s ongoing strategy to expand its corporate and fund services capabilities, particularly within the UK early-stage and alternative investment sectors. Woodside’s strong reputation in custodial services and company secretarial support further enhances the Group’s breadth of expertise.
Following the transaction, Woodside will continue operating as a standalone business while benefiting from future integration with the Kin Group’s technology platform. Kin Group has received substantial investment since joining Anderson Global which K3 Advantage also advised and supported with financial and tax due diligence earlier this year. This alignment is expected to create operational efficiencies and strengthen service delivery to clients across the UK.
The project was led by James Reed-Sperrin Managing Director, alongside Lloyd Halliwell Transaction Services Manager, and Josh Mottram Transaction Services Assistant Manager.
