New Deal: K3 Advantage supports Bellrock with acquisition of MW Lift Services

K3 Advantage is pleased to have provided financial due diligence and deal advisory services to Bellrock Group on its recent acquisition of MW Lift Services, a specialist lift engineering company based in north-east England.

The transaction marks Bellrock’s latest strategic expansion in the built environment, strengthening its self-delivery capabilities and adding in-house lift expertise to its Critical Engineering division. The acquisition reinforces Bellrock’s position as a trusted provider of integrated hard services across the UK.

Building on detailed financial and operational analysis, K3 Advantage’s data-led approach provided Bellrock with the insights needed to assess performance, sustainability, and value creation opportunities within MW Lift Services. The due diligence process combined deep sector understanding with rigorous modelling and scenario testing to support informed decision-making and post-acquisition integration planning.

This represents the second transaction this year in which K3 Advantage has supported Bellrock, following its acquisition of Wiggledesk earlier in 2025. Together, these successful collaborations reflect the ongoing partnership between the two businesses and K3 Advantage’s commitment to delivering high-quality, insight-driven advisory services for growth-minded clients.
