Finyx's Acquisition of Woodhurst Consulting

K3 Advantage has advised Finyx on its acquisition of Woodhurst Consulting, a London-based consultancy focused on project delivery and programme management. The transaction was supported by Growth Lending and entrepreneurial investor ekwithree to facilitate the firm’s growth strategy.

Woodhurst Consulting supports clients – particularly building societies and specialist lenders – operating in complex delivery environments, providing expertise across programme and project management to drive successful outcomes, which strengthens Finyx’s capabilities.

Acting for the buy-side, K3 Advantage provided financial due diligence and tax review support as part of the transaction process.

The deal builds on K3 Advantage’s relationship with Growth Lending. Following a transaction completed late last year, the firm was appointed to Growth Lending’s panel of due diligence providers, with this engagement representing a further collaboration between the teams.

The project was led by Sam Phillips and Jack Kerkham, with support from Roberto Ponti and Holly Bedford.

Alexander Steeb, Partner at ekwithree, commented:

Woodhurst is a great addition to the Finyx platform and an important step in building our UK digital transformation capabilities. We would like to thank K3 Advantage and all advisors involved for their high-quality support and efficient execution throughout the process.

Josh Van Niekerk, Analyst: Portfolio at Growth Lending, added:

Securing the Woodhurst acquisition is a fantastic achievement for Finyx and E3, setting a strong foundation for future growth. K3’s high-quality FDD was instrumental in supporting our credit process, enabling a timely decision and giving us the confidence to execute a smooth and efficient closing.

Sam Phillips, Founding Managing Director at K3 Advantage, commented:

We’re pleased to have supported Finyx and E3 Primus Invest UK on this acquisition, enhancing its capabilities and growth ambitions with the addition of Woodhurst, while continuing to build our relationship with Growth Lending.

This transaction highlights K3 Advantage’s continued role in supporting investors and lenders across the deal lifecycle, delivering clear, data-driven insights to help clients execute transactions with confidence.
