K3 Advantage shortlisted for prestigious award

K3 Advantage is proud to have been shortlisted for an award at the prestigious Insider North West Dealmakers Awards 2026. 

We have been nominated in the Deal of the Year (Sub £10m) category for our financial and tax due diligence work on private equity firm Foresight Group’s investment into VS Group. 

VS Group, based in the Lancashire village of Barrowford and central Manchester, provides IT, connectivity and cybersecurity services to SMEs across the UK through a managed services offering. 

Fellow K3 Advisory Group company K3 Deal Advisory also contributed to the transaction by providing buy-side corporate finance advice and customer referencing to Foresight, supporting the investment and wider transaction process. 

For 32 years, the Dealmakers Awards has been the most illustrious event in the North West corporate finance and professional services calendar. 

The 2026 ceremony, where the winners will be announced, is to be held at Manchester Central on October 22nd, with K3 Advisory Group as the headline sponsor.
