Facilities management experts Bellrock have acquired WiggleDesk as part of its ambitious 2025 M&A strategy, investing in workplace technology to cement their position as a leader in smart workplace management.

 

WiggleDesk is a digital space booking and hybrid team schedule management solution. Its powerful AI-driven space booking and hybrid work capabilities are being integrated into Bellrock’s award-winning Concerto platform, a leading integrated workplace management system (IWMS) and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) solution.

 

K3 Advantage supported the tech-centric transaction with data-driven financial and tax due diligence.
