K3 Advantage has successfully delivered data-driven financial and tax due diligence on an international series of acquisitions for Atombit, backed by private equity firm Palatine. The deal positions Atombit as a key provider of data analytics and AI solutions across Europe, including 4 key acquisitions from Bulgaria and the UK.
Atombit are an Experience Intelligence innovator, data analytics and AI solutions provider. The founding team of Paolo Righetti, Luca Pepere, and Gabriele Albani have more than 20 years’ experience in data analytics, innovation, and transformation.
A rarely seen multi-acquisition transaction across international businesses presented a unique growth opportunity for Atombit.
