During our engagement and investigation phases, we identified a need for more sophisticated accounting system to manage accural accounting, having access to timely and relevant data to make decisive, informed, data-driven decisions and introducing insight and analysis into their business performance.
A data-driven approach
We overhauled FDM UK’s book-keeping processes to transition to an accrual-based accounting system, ensuring improved accuracy and compliance. We supported this by preparing comprehensive management accounts to provide the management team with insight for strategic decision-making.
With technology in place and leveraging our expertise with historical data, we were able to design a KPI report that delivered data-driven analytics and statistics to the senior leadership team, enabling them to track performance effectively.

As part of our service solution, we implemented new processes, systems and a new finance team, enabling the business to run more efficiently. We also guided FDMUK throughout the Financial Due Diligence process, including tax disclosures, ensuring all requirements were met to facilitate the investment.
